This free 15-minute telehealth session is to determine if we are a good fit to work with each other. You can ask me questions and tell me a little about what is bringing you to therapy. My services are client-centered, meaning that I prioritize my clients' needs and goals in the therapeutic process. I provide a range of counseling services, including person-centered therapy, cognitive behavior therapy and others as needed.

Getting started in counseling can be intimidating, but I am here to help you every step of the way. Our first few sessions will consist of getting to know each other and helping me understand what’s brought you here. When you’re ready, we will work together to formulate a plan that works for you and take the steps needed to get where you want to be.
